Brother Dave Edelstein, Esq, was recently quoted in an article for The Bureau of National Affairs news about his latest case. Dave is a lawyer for the U.S. EPA Region VI Office of Regional Counsel Enforcement Branch in Dallas, Texas.
Congratulations, Dave!
Article Abstract: EPA Orders Fertilizer Facility to Improve Management of Wastewater EPA issues an administrative order requiring Agrifos Fertilizer Inc. and ExxonMobil Oil Corp. to address long-term wastewater management and to prevent
future "imminent and substantial endangerment" to the environment and human health. EPA issued the imminent and substantial endangerment order when Agrifos Fertilizer’s Pasadena, Texas, facility accumulated excessive amounts of wastewater containing phosphoric acid last year after an abnormal amount of rainfall. Heavy rains caused a portion of a containment wall to fail around a gypsum storage area, releasing approximately 54 million gallons of contaminated wastewater into a bayou that feeds into the Houston Ship Channel. In a statement to BNA, Agrifos says it has met all deadlines and requirements of the EPA order, and expects to complete its corrective action plan ahead of schedule.

Brandon and Angela Opichka are now the proud parents of twin boys! Details are provided by the proud papa himself with pictures. Congratulations!
"About the Boys
" Blake Anthony (6lbs 5oz) born 9:01 a.m. Feb. 6
Dustin Michael (5lbs 10oz) born 9:11.
" Both boys are perfectly healthy and doing well. They
enjoy relaxing and drinking from their mother's teet.
Though they are also happy throwing back a bottle while
their old man does the same. I have to say that they are
rather lazy and are perfectly content sleeping away the majority
of the day (quite similar to Mathe) Perhaps it
is their lack of motivation or not having any clear goals
in life, but I would lying if I told you that their apathy
is unconcerning. In fact, it has gotten to the point that
instead of getting up and walking to the restroom, the boys will simply
poop and pee in their pants. I am
insisting that they get jobs next week to help pay the bills."
